We sell brasnaps and other products through our website.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings and other factors.

We may update product information from time to time.

We do not guarantee that every product displayed on our website will always be available.

4. Product suitability and use

You are responsible for selecting the product and size that is appropriate for your needs.

Where we provide sizing information, product instructions or recommendations, you should follow those instructions carefully.

brasnaps should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions provided with the product.

Do not use a product if it appears damaged, defective or unsafe.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time.

A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where required or permitted by law.

We may occasionally make pricing or listing errors. If a material pricing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

6. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected by you.

After placing an order, you will generally receive an order confirmation by email.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted if we subsequently identify an issue such as:

• a product being unavailable;
• an obvious pricing or listing error;
• suspected fraudulent activity;
• an inability to process payment; or
• an issue affecting our ability to fulfil the order.

If we are unable to fulfil an order that you have paid for, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by law.

7. Payment

Payments are processed using Shopify Payments and related payment infrastructure.

We do not generally store your full payment card details.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is valid and that you are authorised to use the relevant payment method.

We may decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be successfully processed or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

8. Shipping and Delivery

8.1 Order processing

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

During particularly busy or high-season periods, processing and dispatch may take up to 4 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification containing tracking information where available.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

8.2 Australian delivery times

For Australian orders, standard delivery is typically 2–6 business days in transit, based on Australia Post delivery timeframes.

If you select express shipping, delivery is typically 1–3 business days in transit.

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, delivery network, weather, public holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Deliveries generally occur on weekdays.

8.3 Australian shipping costs

For orders shipped within Australia:

Orders over $60
Free standard shipping.

Orders under $60
Standard shipping — $5.99

Express shipping — $11.99

Available shipping methods and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

8.4 International shipping

We ship internationally.

International shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and the shipping method selected.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs processing and local delivery services.

8.5 Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to:

• customs duties;
• import taxes;
• GST/VAT;
• customs clearance fees;
• brokerage fees; or
• other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the relevant customs or government authorities in the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they understand the customs and import requirements applicable to their country before placing an international order.

Any customs, duties, taxes or other charges required before delivery must be paid by the recipient.

cuedi is not responsible for delays, additional charges or delivery issues caused by customs authorities or import requirements in the destination country.

8.6 PO Boxes

We ship to PO Boxes within Australia where the selected shipping service permits delivery to a PO Box.

8.7 Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@cuedi.com.

We may work with Australia Post or the relevant delivery provider to investigate the status of your parcel.

Customers should retain their tracking information until their order has been successfully delivered.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Returns and Refunds

9.1 Change-of-mind returns

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

• the item must be unused;
• the item must be in its original condition;
• the original packaging must be intact and undamaged;
• the product must be suitable for resale; and
• you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Because brasnaps are a product that may come into contact with clothing and the body, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns where the product has been used, worn, damaged or otherwise cannot reasonably be resold.

To request a return, email hello@cuedi.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

We will provide return instructions if your return is approved.

9.2 Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to cuedi.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning an item, as cuedi cannot be responsible for a return that is lost in transit before it reaches us.

9.3 Refunds for change-of-mind returns

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the requirements of our Returns & Refund Policy.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow reasonable processing time for your payment provider or financial institution to make the refunded amount available to you.

If a returned product does not meet the conditions of our change-of-mind return policy, we may decline the return and contact you regarding the next steps.

9.4 Faulty, defective or damaged products

If you believe your brasnaps product is faulty, defective, damaged or does not meet the consumer guarantees that apply to your purchase, please contact us at:

Please provide:

• your order number;
• a description of the problem; and
• photographs or video of the issue where appropriate.

We may ask you to provide additional information so that we can assess the issue.

If the product has a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and nature of the problem.

Our 7-day change-of-mind return period does not limit or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9.5 Incorrect or missing items

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us at hello@cuedi.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and details of the issue.

We will investigate the order and, where appropriate, arrange for the correct product to be sent or provide another appropriate remedy.

9.6 Exchanges

We do not generally offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

If you have selected the wrong size, please contact us at hello@cuedi.com as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we may be able to assist with an exchange, subject to product availability and the condition of the returned product.

Nothing in this section affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law.

Where the Australian Consumer Law applies to your purchase, you are entitled to the protections provided by that law.

These protections may include guarantees that products:

• are of acceptable quality;
• are fit for disclosed purposes;
• match their description;
• correspond with any sample or demonstration model where applicable; and
• are free from certain defects.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.

Our voluntary 7-day change-of-mind return policy is separate from these statutory rights.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, discount codes or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
• only one promotional code may be used per order;

• the content is not unlawful, defamatory, misleading or abusive; and

Where appropriate, we may identify the contributor using the name or account information associated with the submission.
